Usually, I stay at a different hotel in Aerocity during my trips to Delhi, and I'm so glad that I decided to go with Red Fox instead this time around. Several things stood out to me, and these small, thoughtful gestures—from the time of my booking to the time I checked out—go a long way in building enduring customer relationships. And, in my case, I'm sure to return. 1. The staff are extraordinary. They are polite, helpful, kind, and genuinely lovely to interact with. From the security personnel to the executives, everyone does their best, and this truly stands out. For instance, when my Uber ride had a little bit of trouble finding the entrance, the security personnel not only guided the driver to the hotel's entrance but also ensured I had gotten into the right cab. The fact that the security personnel went out of his way to assist me also reflects the general attitude and approach of the staff here. Similarly, the staff made it possible for me to check in early—which was a big deal for me, having travelled over nine hours and therefore desperately needing some sleep. Additionally, because I checked in on my birthday, they were gracious with their generosity and sent me a lovely brownie. 2. The housekeeping staff deserve special appreciation too. They were prompt, responsive, and overall very helpful. 3. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and came with all the things one would need for a short stay. In fact, I looked forward to coming back to the room after my work day. 4. Red Fox also has a decent fitness centre, which is great. There are three treadmills, weights, and other basic equipment, ensuring that one can have a decent workout session, if need be. 5. Being located in Aerocity comes with several advantages, and Red Fox enjoys those privileges. I had a fantastic stay at Red Fox, and I truly look forward to returning.

This hotel over exceeded my expectations. I stayed only a night as I had my flight next day. The room was just the perfect size, the bathroom, shower cubicle size, water temperature, amenities were perfect. The staff specially are so good that I was surprised at their level of professionalism. After I was served in room dining food, I received a call from the team to check if the food quality was good. I was very happy at this proactive approach. The food was amazing and the perfect quality. The TV was a smart TV with Netflix etc all options available. The bed and lighting were comfortable with a choice of multiple pillow options. During my check out I was very much taken care of - offered a take away comp snack from the breakfast buffet as I had an early morning departure by Mr Rahul Dahiya, FOH manager with his exceptional hospitality skills. And then the concierge and luggage people. All in all I will come back again, get other people to book in and I am super impressed by this level of hospitality at such a nominal price. Great training, amazing staff and superb brand values. Well done !

Our stay in this hotel was exceptional. The room smells nice and it really feels home because of the balcony and the pool view. Housekeeping team make sure our room is very clean which you can feel it. The food was amazing Manish he make sure that we are satisfied and leaving the place happy. He is very good in hospitality that he offered us extra bakery items and deliver it to our room before our check out time. He is very hospitable and he knows what he is doing. And he even met us the Executive chef of that hotel which we feel more welcome. And Suraj from front desk he make sure that we have everything we need for our next check in day and he helped us with a full smile and hospitable attitude. Thank you all so much ❤️

Having previously stayed at The Lemon Tree Premier in the Delhi Aerocity it was astonishing to find that we really enjoyed our stay at the Red Fox so much more. The Red Fox by Lemon Tree is friendly, quirky and so much better as guests really seem to matter to all the staff. In particular, we were overwhelmed by the kind, attentive and thoroughly thoughtful waitress Shivangi Verma in the restaurant, who looked after us (in particular my disabled wife) superbly and made sure everything was perfect. She is an absolute credit to your team. We are so looking forward to our next overnight stay in a couple of days before we head back to the UK

The Red Fox hotel is perfectly located if you need to be near Delhi Airport. It took us 10 mins to get to the airport for an early morning flight. It was our first time in Aerocity and we loved the hotel surroundings. There are some nice restaurants and cafes a minute away and a very modern mall and shopping area as well although we did not shop. The hotel itself is comfortable enough with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. We stayed for one night and wished we could stay for another. The staff were all very nice from the security to reception and the cafe.

Hotel located in aerocity, along other big chain hotels. It is one of the more affordable ones but definitely meets the expectations, wit lh clean rooms and friendly staff. We had booked it without breakfast due to an early start every day, but the receptionist was really kind to add it as complimentary (although unfortunately we didn't get to try it!). Aerocity is about 15-20min drive form the airport, and has quite a few restaurants that ate walking distance from the hotel(s).

Convenient location and decent rooms. Best was the staff at reception. Utkarsh was amazing l, great at his work and even gave me complementary Airport drop off. There was another amazing gentleman at the time of checkin I.e on 18 Feb at around 4.00 pm. When he got to know that Inam leaving early and I will not avail my breakfast(which was in the package), he included dinner in my stay instead of Breakfast. These are those small little things which make a real big difference.

Staff were welcoming & friendly. They were professional. The breakfast was great & a wide range of items to choose from. Vijay Kumar, the food and bev manager on duty came to my table to if check all was OK which I found very caring. Generally the staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and full of smiles, regardless of the department. Right from the security, to the reception to the food and beverage.. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was clean & all the amenities worked well. Perfect to get a good night's rest before a long flight the next day. Hotel is generally a good one.

The staff really helped us get warmed up to the place. As it happened our stay was longer than we anticipated due to an emergency and they made us feel so welcome and at home. Mr. Manish and Mr. Vijay helped us with all our concerns and made sure we had everything we needed, day or night. Hot teas for colds, specific requirements for food, assistance with concerns, you name it. Everything they did for us exceeded the general services they give to guests and it felt truly personal. It's safe to say that whenever I visit any other area of India, I will be staying at a Lemon Tree establishment. Also, did you know they reserve a percentage of their work force for neurodivergent individuals ? This place, all in all, is money and time well spent!
